All services are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee on new server purchases. Refunds after 48 hours are at our discretion.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime as outlined in our SLA. However, we reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any activity that may harm our infrastructure or other customers. You may cancel your service at any time through the billing portal.
Rivix Servers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the past 3 months.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
